Phil National Lines continues its commitment to quality through annual ISO 9001:2015 seminar

Phil National Lines, Inc. held its annual ISO 9001:2015 seminar, bringing together shore staff and fleet representatives for a company-wide review of the quality management system that underpins every part of our operation.

The session covered updated procedures across chartering, operations and crewing, along with the findings of the most recent internal audit. Department heads walked through the corrective actions taken over the past year and the measures now in place to prevent recurrence.

Maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification is not a once-a-year exercise. It is a continuous discipline of documenting what we do, measuring whether it works and improving what does not. The annual seminar is where that discipline is renewed across the whole company.
