Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Experiences

2 and above years of experience in digital marketing, preferablyinthe beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry.

2 and above of experience in sales, marketing coordination, or client relations in the beauty or wellness sector.

2 and above of experience in sales, retail, or client consultation, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury services industry.
Skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills to upsell treatments, memberships, and retail products. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to engage with clients and build relationships.

Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), email marketing, and content creation.

Experience with website management, CRMtools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Strong skills in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools) and video editing.

Knowledge of influencer marketing, paid advertising strategies, and audience targeting. Ability to analyze marketing data and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Familiarity with CRM software, appointment booking systems, andbasic digital marketing.

Familiarity with CRM systems, appointment scheduling software, and POS systems. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Professional, well-groomedappearance to represent the brand positively.
